I have been a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist for 15 years, and for several years prior to this I worked as an Addictions Specialist in the NHS, private and voluntary sectors.With over 25 years in the therapeutic world I have become well established and experienced in working with a wide variety of issues. Using my large portfolio of expertise, I am able to provide a truly individual approach to each patient/clients needs.
As a therapist, my aim is to support you with the assistance, expertise and understanding that can enable you to make the changes in your life that you want.
My own decision to train and work as a psychotherapist evolved from a myriad of life experiences and challenges all of which have assisted me in my professional life.
Making the choice to seek help for whatever the reason is an important and courageous one, I hope whether here or elsewhere you will find the right support for yourself.

Another area of interest and professional involvement is working with people that have been affected by the Holocaust, both the first and the second Generation.
Co-Founder Of The Forum For Trans-Generational Trauma.
In 2013, I lectured at the Jewish Cultural Centre.
In 2014, I will be lecturing at Sussex University Holocaust Education Department.
E.M.D.R Training part 1 and 2 completed in 2013 consultant in psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and trauma specialist.
I am available for workshops, Individual therapy and Speaking engagements, and am also currently working on a book on this subject.
